We operate as a decentralised network of professional consultants, trainers and managing directors from companies of different branches. Additionally we maintain relationships with more than 20 network associates and other partners in Asia, North America and Europe.

All our members and personnel have excellence experience in organizational development. Most of them are also experts in multi-cultural, multi-lingual settings in Europe, the USA and Asia.

The CSI Network was founded by Dr. Christoph V. Haug in Augsburg, Germany in 1991.
